  • 3-4 Kiwis
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanillia
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

 Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend peeled kiwis and the lemon juice.
  • Put the kiwi blend in a mixing bowl and add the chia seeds. Leave in refrigerator for the chia seeds to soak (1-1.5 hours). Mix occasionally.
  • When the chia seeds are completely swollen, remove from refrigerator and add other ingredients to the mixture. Mix well.
  • You can add extra kiwi slices for decoration.
  • Spray oil or use a baking sheet in a pyrex or cake tray and put the mixture in.
  • Bake in 350°F for around 30 mins. Test with a toothpick. 
  • When done, allow for a cooling time.
