Ingredients
- 3-4 Kiwis
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanillia
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend peeled kiwis and the lemon juice.
- Put the kiwi blend in a mixing bowl and add the chia seeds. Leave in refrigerator for the chia seeds to soak (1-1.5 hours). Mix occasionally.
- When the chia seeds are completely swollen, remove from refrigerator and add other ingredients to the mixture. Mix well.
- You can add extra kiwi slices for decoration.
- Spray oil or use a baking sheet in a pyrex or cake tray and put the mixture in.
- Bake in 350°F for around 30 mins. Test with a toothpick.
- When done, allow for a cooling time.
