Recipe

  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Rub the end of peeled garlic over the toasted slices of bread. 
  • Spread some cream cheese on each slice of bread.
  • Portion out the avocado slices on top of the bread.
  • Top with a slice of smoked salmon.
  • For a fancy end, put some lumpfish roe on top and serve. Enjoy!
